By accessing or using the Little Fun Wonderland website (LittleFun.com) or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or make a purchase.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that transaction. We recommend you review this page periodically.

3. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
We make every effort to accurately represent our products, but images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice and to limit order quantities.
4. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy those goods. No contract exists until we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if pricing errors occur, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment taken in full.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order and must provide accurate, complete information at checkout.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.
Your payment will be taken at the time of placing your order. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please contact your bank or payment provider if you experience issues.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm.
Free standard delivery applies to orders over £30. Orders below this threshold attract a flat delivery charge of £3.99.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs.
7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are:
- Unused and in original, undamaged packaging
- Complete with all accessories and manuals
- Not personalised or custom-made items
To initiate a return, contact hello@LittleFun.com with your order number. We will issue a return label by email. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method.
Faulty Items
If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, regardless of how long ago you purchased it (subject to statutory limits). Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty item.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. You have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the day you receive your goods (excluding certain exceptions such as personalised items).
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods you purchased from us.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including postal strikes, severe weather, or supplier issues.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Little Fun Wonderland Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may also refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme or to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission.
